My research lies in data-driven revenue management, with an emphasis on translating operational data into decision-relevant estimates and models for optimization. My recent work proposes post-estimation adjustments for a general predict-then-optimize framework, with applications to pricing. In my urban retail work, I estimate a spatial choice model from large-scale mobility data and embed the resulting demand model into retail-mix optimization to guide decisions on filling vacant storefronts, in collaboration with the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
